Direct answers

Patterson, answered before the long read.

Concise, extractable answers first; evidence, definitions and property-level limitations follow below.

01

Who leads the Patterson real estate relationship?

Dusko Sremac is the primary agent for this site, working with featured REALTOR® Adam Collis and the wider Real Estate Partners by Real Broker team. No unsupported top-agent or community-sales ranking is claimed.

02

What does the Patterson community desk review?

620 occupied private dwellings were reported as row houses in the 2021 Census profile (33%); 545 single-detached houses represented another 29%. The desk then applies current school designations and permit and renovation history to the specific property.

03

Does this site claim Dusko is the top Patterson REALTOR®?

No. The site identifies Dusko as the primary agent and explains the team process without manufacturing a community ranking, sales count, award or exclusivity claim.

04

How does the wider team support a Patterson move?

Real Estate Partners by Real Broker can coordinate search, media, digital distribution, transaction operations and agent-to-agent communication while keeping Dusko accountable for the client strategy.

Named, accountable representation

Led by Dusko. Backed by the team.

How the community desk works

Community questions, assigned to the right layer.

Desk 1

Housing desk

The search is organized around detached homes from varied build periods, attached choices where available, and renovated and original-condition properties, with different document and comparison requirements for each property form. Row house: 620 occupied private dwellings (33%) in the 2021 Census profile.

Desk 2

Location desk

The team tests neighbourhood parks and local routes, everyday services and city connections, and a range of commuting directions against the exact address instead of treating the community description as a guarantee. Verify current Patterson parks, pathways, recreation facilities and any access or membership rules with the operator or municipality.

Desk 3

Property review

Questions involving current school designations, permit and renovation history, and route, site and insurance context are identified early and escalated to the appropriate source or specialist. Identify address-specific water, drainage, slope, noise, traffic, construction, fire, environmental or insurance questions relevant to the Patterson property; do not generalize an exposure to every home.

Community evidence brief

A fuller Patterson foundation.

Patterson is a west Calgary hillside community with a notably mixed housing search: row homes, detached properties, apartments and other attached forms can serve very different buyers even when they share the same community label. The official 2021 Census profile counted 4,145 people in private households and 1,905 private households. Row houses represented 33% of occupied private dwellings, detached homes represented 29%, and 51% of occupied dwellings were reported in the 1991 to 2000 construction cohort. These are historical indicators—not current prices or a claim about a specific property. Buyers should compare slope and view position, condominium obligations where applicable, parking, effective age, renovation records and access routes. Sellers should position the exact home against current Coach Hill, West Springs, Strathcona Park and Signal Hill alternatives rather than relying on a broad west-Calgary label.
